Instructions:
Please wait,  after the service has been purchased and your phone unlocked. Then following the directions below:
1) Place a non-compatible (other carrier than ATT) sim card into the iPhone 5.
2) Connect iPhone via USB cable to a computer and open iTunes program.
3) The iPhone should be unlocked.
 
Common Problems:
