Instructions:

1) Place a non-compatible (other carrier than AT&T) sim card into the iPhone 5.

2) Connect iPhone via USB cable to a computer and open iTunes program.

3) The iPhone should be unlocked.

Common Problems:

• If this does not activate the iPhone, the iPhone will need to be Factory Reset.  After the Factory Reset, repeat Step 1 and 2.
